Europe Floods: बेल्जियम ने बाढ़ पीड़ितों के लिए 20 जुलाई को राष्ट्रीय शोक दिवस घोषित किया है. विनाशकारी बाढ़ से गांव के गांव तबाह हो गए हैं. बेल्जियम और नीदरलैंड्स में भी बाढ़ की त्रासदी देखी जा सकती है. जर्मनी में राइनलैंड-पैलेटिनेट और नॉर्थ राइन-वेस्टफेलिया बुरी तरह प्रभावित हैं. यहां 60 से ज्यादा लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है और कई लोग लापता हैं. बीबीसी की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, Ahrweiler जिले में 1300 लोग लापता बताए जा रहे हैं. जर्मनी में 15 हजार पुलिसकर्मी, सेना और इमरजेंसी सर्विस के कर्मचारी राहत बचाव का काम कर रहे हैं. पश्चिमी यूरोप से बाढ़ की तस्वीरें काफी भयानक हैं. जर्मनी के Erftstadt में बाढ़ ने एक बड़ा सिंक होल बना दिया है. ब्लेसम जिले में बाढ़ से काफी घरों को नुकसान पहुंचा है. कई इलाकों में कारें मलबे में दब गई हैं, तो कई जगह एक के ऊपर एक चढ़ गई हैं. 01/06 जर्मनी के Erftstadt के ब्लेसम जिले में आई बाढ़, 16 जुलाई 2021 की तस्वीर (फोटो: PTI)
